About the Role

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning for benefits.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options.
- Utilize data governance and quality principles to maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize benefits offerings.
- Lead open enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the benefits administration process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance regulations, and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR software.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in educational consulting or instructional coaching.
- Familiarity with SQL for data management and reporting.
