  • Lead open enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the benefits administration process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance regulations, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR software.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience in educational consulting or instructional coaching.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data management and reporting.
