About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Backend & Web3 Developer/Leader to join our innovative team at Binance. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in blockchain technology to shape the future of our decentralized applications and smart contracts. As a Senior Backend & Web3 Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client experience and optimizing our backend services for scalability and performance.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts to support a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers and product managers to deliver high-quality decentralized applications.
• Optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance in a multi-chain environment.
• Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and ensure best practices in security and blockchain development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Java and solid hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity and Rust (or Move).
• Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract security, and token standards on different mainstream blockchains.
• Experience in designing architecture for decentralized applications (DApps).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with the principles of mainstream DeFi apps like Aave, Uniswap, Jupiter, and Radium.
• Familiarity with mainstream cross-chain protocols like CCIP, CCTP, and Circle Gateway.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI tools like Claude Code and experience with Agentic coding.
• Good spoken English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional programming languages.
• Knowledge of emerging blockchain technologies and trends.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
