Senior AWS Java Full Stack Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AWS Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will design and build scalable, cloud-native applications that process large amounts of data using Java, microservices, AWS, and NoSQL technologies. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud services.
• Develop and integrate applications with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data access and integration.
• Use JPA/Hibernate for ORM and database interactions.
• Containerize and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply software design patterns and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience working with AWS services in production environments.
• Mandatory experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
