Senior AI Technical Reviewer - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Technical Reviewer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will review AI-generated Python solutions and create high-quality reference content. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the performance of leading AI models.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Python solutions for correctness, performance, and adherence to prompts.
• Generate clear, step-by-step technical explanations and exemplary solutions.
• Assess and rate multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality and implementation soundness.
• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, ensuring their reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in Python.
• Deep knowledge of Python language features and common ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for clear technical communication.
• Experience with modern tooling such as CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Previous experience with AI data training or evaluating AI-generated content is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring and code review.
• Familiarity with data science libraries such as NumPy and scikit-learn.
