Senior Affiliate Manager - Remote Position at Welltech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Welltech. As a Senior Affiliate Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate partnerships across the US and other English-speaking markets, including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You will oversee affiliate programs for our innovative apps, Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit, and develop a cross-app partnership strategy to enhance overall portfolio performance.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates, including publishers, media buyers, networks, loyalty programs, cashback services, and influencers.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models to benefit all parties involved.
• Monitor and scale high-performing partners based on ROI and LTV metrics.
• Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics (PAM/LTV) to drive informed decisions.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections to align with company goals.
• Test new traffic sources and partnership models to diversify our affiliate strategy.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting for all affiliate activities.
• Collaborate with Finance on validation, invoicing, and payments to maintain smooth operations.
• Improve affiliate processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI.
• Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in owning forecasts and metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products is essential.
