Senior AI Software Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team remotely. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems that deliver tangible business and customer impact. As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will work autonomously to shape the architecture, standards, and practices for AI-driven solutions, translating complex real-world challenges into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and ship AI-driven features and systems into production environments.
• Lead technical decisions around AI architecture, data modeling, and system integration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Identify and resolve reliability, scalability, performance, and observability challenges in deployed AI systems.
• Implement and promote best practices for applied AI, including evaluation frameworks, interpretability, monitoring, and safe agent operations.
• Mentor and guide other engineers to elevate the team’s technical quality and decision-making.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap discussions for AI capabilities and platform evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a significant focus on applied AI.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered systems or AI applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-scale AI/LLM applications, including agent orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience working with large, real-world datasets and handling data quality challenges.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design, architecture, and decision-making for complex AI systems.
• Familiarity with agent architectures, tool interfaces, and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with modern cloud-based architectures and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a continuous learning mindset.

Nice To Have

• Experience applying AI in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of data from CRM, MAP, or CDP systems.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, EKS, Postgres, MySQL, Datadog, and GitLab.
