Senior AI Art Pipeline Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior AI Art Pipeline Specialist to join our innovative team at BrainRocket. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to exciting projects that drive the future of digital solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct LoRA training & model fine-tuning: prepare datasets, run experiments, and evaluate results.
- Refine sketches & polish art: colorize line-art, maintain style consistency, and finalize assets.
- Develop concepts: translate high-level briefs into comprehensive mood-boards, style guides, and prompt libraries.
- Collaborate across teams: coordinate with the art director, game designer, and wider art team using tools like Slack and Jira to align on milestones.
- Create AI-driven assets: leverage Stable Diffusion and complementary services to generate backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, and characters.
- Share knowledge: lead internal workshops, document best practices, and mentor peers to continuously improve AI-art workflows.
Requirements
- Expertise with Stable Diffusion frameworks (Automatic1111, ComfyUI) and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with ControlNet modules (e.g., Canny, Depth, Tile) within Stable Diffusion.
- Proficiency in image upscaling techniques (Magnific, Topaz, in-house tools) and inpainting/outpainting workflows.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines from data preparation and model training to polishing final art.
- Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models (Civitai, DreamBooth, LoCon, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with other generative services (Ideogram, Sora, Midjourney, Krea) and a willingness to explore new platforms.
