We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer - Remote to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. What You'll Do

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for efficient billing and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment status and resolve any issues.
• Prepare financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Implement best practices for billing system management and invoicing.
• Support the team in achieving financial targets and improving cash flow.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including US-GAAP and local GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical billing or claim resolution.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of multimedia arts or graphic design is a plus.
