Senior Account Manager - Mobile Advertising (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager - Mobile Advertising (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Remerge. As a key player in our organization, you will ensure operational excellence across all clients while fostering profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies, and other companies that could benefit from our app growth platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and analyze advertising campaign metrics to achieve their performance goals (ROAS, ROI, Revenue, CPA, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and retargeting expert by understanding the client’s business model, goals, marketing mix, focus areas, and pain points.
- Deliver client business reviews, communicate campaign optimizations, and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success for your clients and promote their activity growth.
- Partner closely with the Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure timely onboarding of new clients with optimal setup.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital & performance marketing (UA, mobile, retargeting preferred).
- Proven experience in a relevant client services role within the media or advertising industry.
- Passionate about advertising/mobile apps with a strong desire to become an expert in account management and customer success.
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance marketing analysis.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance for all clients.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is a must.

- Digital Agency or performance marketing experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
