As a Senior Account Executive, you will engage in consultative discovery sessions to understand client needs and align our solutions effectively. What You'll Do

  • Facilitate consultative discovery meetings with law firm owners to identify their unique goals and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year agreements valued at $100k+ ARR.
  • Utilize your expertise to communicate the value of tailored solutions and build trust with decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present custom proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Track and manage all sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience, particularly engaging with law firm owners and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales performance metrics and quota attainment.
  • Experience in selling multi-year agreements with total deal values of $100K or more.
  • Ability to effectively establish executive-level relationships and communicate value propositions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
