Scientific Program Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scientific Program Manager to join our team at Kenes Group. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in managing high-level, content-rich programs for international medical and scientific conferences. As a part of our dedicated project team, you will collaborate with scientific chairs and committees to guide complex programs from conception through execution.
What You'll Do
- Support the preparation and management of all aspects of the scientific program, including program proposals and submissions.
- Manage communication and logistics for VIPs, committee members, and invited speakers, ensuring all program requirements are met.
- Coordinate scientific meetings with Congress Co-Chairs and committees to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee written communications and publications related to the program, including promotional materials and online content.
- Create, edit, and proofread English content for conference publications to maintain high standards.
- Manage the scientific program across digital platforms, ensuring updates and quality assurance.
- Oversee onsite program management, including faculty interactions and last-minute changes for smooth event execution.
- Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar event planning role.
- Strong written and spoken English at a professional level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with program management software and virtual event tools is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scientific or medical conferences.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and website back-office editing.
