About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP EWM Factory Template Specialist to join our team at Bosch Romania. This SAP EWM Factory Template Specialist remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading service provider in enterprise and IT solutions. You will play a crucial role in defining and developing standard processes for the SAP EWM Factory Template, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations and elevate industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Define and develop standard processes for the SAP EWM Factory Template.
  • Record process requirements for existing and new EWM warehouse locations.
  • Transfer technical process concepts into IT specifications with internal and external implementation partners.
  • Test, accept, and document IT processes in SAP EWM in line with the SAP EWM Factory Template.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the SAP EWM Factory Template.
  • Determine, define, and implement improvements to the SAP EWM Factory Template.
  • Coordinate process requirements and implementation proposals with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (B2/C1 proficiency).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in process management or as an SAP consultant in Supply Chain Management.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP WM, EWM, or other systems.
  • Experience in organizing and moderating workshops in an international context.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple topics effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Good SAP knowledge in other Logistics Modules (MM, TM, ASR, Manufacturing for Logistics).
  • High IT affinity and understanding of systemic relationships.
  • Experience in international travel (EU).
