About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join Free, a leading telecom company, in a remote capacity. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of home sales representatives. What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of home sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for Free's fiber offerings.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of your team.
• Plan and organize field visits for your team, identifying priority areas for sales activities.
• Analyze sales performance data and create action plans to improve results.
• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
• Maintain close relationships with your team, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Report regularly to management on team performance and market challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct B2C sales and team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with the telecom sector is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment.
