Sales Representative for Italian Market - Remote Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative for the Italian market to join Cerdá Group. This remote position is crucial for expanding our business presence in Italy. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing distributor relationships and developing tailored commercial projects. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement specific commercial strategies for managing distributors in the Italian market.
  • Prospect and acquire new distributors through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Maintain and develop the existing distributor portfolio.
  • Meet KPIs and provide daily reporting through our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Manage leads from the Acquisition Area (Outbound and Inbound).
  • Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for tailored projects and offers.
  • Coordinate and oversee custom projects for clients, ensuring operational follow-up.
  • Generate and close commercial offers through negotiation, emails, and follow-up calls.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing distributors.
  • Attend fairs and events to promote our products.
  • Train and support the distributor's sales team.
  • Participate in the business development of key clients under your management.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within Cerdá Group to ensure excellent service and quality compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Higher Degree/University degree preferably in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Previous experience in an international commercial role managing distributors in Italy.
  • Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales or other CRMs and knowledge of email marketing workflows is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian (C1 level or native) and Spanish; good level of English is valued.
  • Strong analytical skills to process information and make decisions for optimal results.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding and challenging international environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in export and distributor management.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and consumer behavior.
