About the Role

NetFoundry is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads for our enterprise sales team. What You'll Do

  • Engage in outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Connect with technical buyers in cybersecurity, IT, networking, cloud, and platform teams.
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify pain points and needs of potential clients.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on messaging and campaign effectiveness to enhance outreach.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Participate in account-based outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Continuously improve prospect engagement strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting outbound activity goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage leads efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits to ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Resilience, coachability, and a growth mindset to thrive in a high-performance startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT networking concepts.
  • Experience in a remote working environment.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies.
