About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager - Remote to join Omnissa, a pioneering leader in the digital work platform space. In this role, you will lead the channel business across multiple sales teams, building relationships with resellers and solution providers, and driving sales performance in your assigned territory. What You'll Do

  • Lead the channel business across 7 - 10 sales teams.
  • Build and manage key relationships with resellers and solution providers.
  • Drive strategic partner planning and sales acceleration activities.
  • Conduct business planning and demand generation activities.
  • Deliver enablement sessions to train partner staff.
  • Develop a regional business plan with input from sales managers.
  • Exceed territory quota through effective sales strategies.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of competitors and market positioning.
  • Manage deal registration and sales processes.
  • Travel 50%+ as required for the role.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or as a Channel Account Manager.
  • Strong executive-level relationships with partners.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com.
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of sales success.
  • Experience in implementing marketing plans.
  • Strong analytic and forecasting capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive sales training and enablement.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
