Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity for Nordics

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our elite sales organization. This remote Sales Development Representative position is perfect for passionate sales professionals who want to excel in their careers. As a key member of our team, you will be the "tip of the spear" in the sales process for prospective accounts in the Nordics region.

What You'll Do

  • Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Exercise leadership, demonstrate effective sales planning, and work positively with internal counterparts and external customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Effectively partner and work across sales teams.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security product offerings.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Capability to understand customer pain points and correlate potential business to value.
  • Strong professional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Nooks, Zoominfo, SeamlessAi, Regi AI.
