About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician - Home Appliances (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Conforama. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing repairs on home appliances in a dedicated geographical area. As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work independently, ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical skills and customer interaction.

What You'll Do

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs on white goods appliances.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources, including a service vehicle and mobile devices, to complete repairs efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences during home visits.
• Manage parts inventory directly from your service vehicle for timely repairs.
• Adapt quickly to various customer situations and provide solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in appliance repair is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
