Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our team at ConnectWise. This remote Sales Development Representative position offers you the chance to kickstart your commercial career and make a significant impact in our sales funnel. You will be the driving force behind generating new leads and establishing initial contact with potential customers, ensuring our account managers engage with the right organizations.
What You'll Do
- Generate new leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct over 50 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
- Utilize a multi-touch and multi-persona approach to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Identify business objectives, challenges, and opportunities through consultative conversations.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to pursue.
- Stay updated on software, products, and developments in the MSP and IT market.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- Support new team members as needed to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Drive to achieve results, learn, and develop professionally.
- Ability to work systematically in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Affinity for IT, software, and technology.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer success.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Managed Services, Outbound Sales, Sales Development, or Account Management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
