Sales Associate - Customer-Focused Retail Position

About the Role

Join United Pacific as a Sales Associate in a customer-focused retail position where you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and profitable store environment. This Sales Associate role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team while providing excellent service to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist in daily operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
• Learn to operate cash registers and other equipment effectively.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical capability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice to Have

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
