What You'll Do

• Ensure the proper stocking of shelves to maintain product availability.

• Keep the store environment clean and welcoming for customers.
• Engage with customers to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
• Implement Lidl's commercial concept in daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
