Technology Transformation Manager - Remote Consultant for DACH Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Technology Transformation Manager - Remote to join our team at Infosys Consulting. In this role, you will be part of the Technology Transformation Advisory Practice, working closely with our consulting teams and the global technology organization at Infosys. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client outcomes through thought leadership, strategic consulting, and your ability to drive value creation in IT and business areas.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate extensive IT transformation programs in complex, international structures.
• Ensure operational excellence within the Execution & Value Realization Team with clearly measurable results.
• Provide technical leadership in areas such as Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security & Resilience, Digital Operations, ITSM, SIAM, ServiceNow, and Data & Analytics.
• Develop and implement IT operating models, governance structures, and cross-functional delivery frameworks.
• Identify automation and optimization potentials, translating them into robust IT business cases with clear ROI.
• Engage in thought leadership throughout the strategy-to-delivery process, including stakeholder management and roadmap development.
• Assess value potentials, cost drivers, and performance metrics; develop KPIs, value frameworks, and benefit realization plans.
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure efficiency, high delivery quality, and effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting with proven success in technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and architectural models.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in developing IT operating models and governance structures.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating automation and optimization potentials and creating robust business cases.
• Knowledge of integrating AI scenarios for optimizing business and IT processes (using ML, GenAI, and LLMs).
• Experience with distributed delivery models (onsite, offshore, nearshore).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with key enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or SAP from a transformation or integration perspective.
• Experience in merger acquisition or carve-out scenarios.
• Knowledge in developing value realization frameworks, cost models, or medium/long-term technology investment strategies.
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, ITIL, or Cloud/Security technologies.
• Experience in defining and managing KPIs and SLAs.
