Revenue Operations Associate - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to ensure potential clients have a seamless experience with Rain from the initial meeting to contract signing. This remote Revenue Operations Associate role is crucial in keeping our sales process organized and ensuring timely follow-ups.
What You’ll Do
- Manage key touchpoints with clients, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks from the first call to the signed contract.
- Maintain HubSpot with all client activities, meetings, and next steps.
- Facilitate communication between BD, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance teams asynchronously, and lead weekly standups to align on next steps.
- Track pipeline progress and prepare simple reports on status and conversions.
- Create and enhance processes to streamline the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts while coordinating across teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, revenue operations, or client operations at a high-growth startup (preferably Series A/B stage).
- Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and client lifecycle in HubSpot or a similar CRM, including building reports, workflows, and dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
