About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor remote to join Bath & Body Works, where everyone belongs. In this role, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Supervisor remote, you will play a pivotal role in positively impacting growth across our stores.

What You'll Do

  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent in a remote setting.
  • Act as manager on duty to address customer experience and operational issues.
  • Support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
  • Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through effective selling behaviors.
  • Train and motivate associates to enhance selling and customer experience.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to feedback.
  • Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
  • Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in a customer-first retail environment.
  • Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Effective de-escalation skills for store and customer situations.
