Retail Shift Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Avolta. This Retail Shift Manager remote position is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail operations and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail store operates smoothly and meets high standards of service and cleanliness.

What You'll Do

• Assist location management in executing retail store operations effectively.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates, ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Participate in the hiring process and provide input on employee status changes.
• Ensure compliance with wellness and safety procedures, reporting any concerns to management.
• Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring security and accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain display areas to be clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Perform Health and Safety activities as outlined in the Manager’s Guide.
• Place orders for units and process invoices efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store operations and customer service.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
