About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in chemistry and analytical instruments to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for analytical instruments, including gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to chemistry and biochemistry applications.
- Collaborate with a global team to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products and software.
- Prepare proposals and bids analysis for potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and TCP/IP networking.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English is required.

- Experience with SAP and MS Office.
- Familiarity with industrial automation technologies.
