About the Role

We are seeking a Remote VP of Drayage & Intermodal to join our dynamic team at ITS Logistics. This leadership position is pivotal in driving the growth and performance of our Drayage strategy. As a Remote VP of Drayage & Intermodal, you will oversee the expansion of our Drayage Brokerage footprint, cultivate new customer relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships across our network.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Drayage division, fostering a thriving team culture that upholds our values and expectations.
  • Own revenue and margin goals; track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee pricing, service execution, and capacity planning to support growth initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities to ensure financial health.
  • Align division strategy with company objectives and market trends to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, specifically in Drayage or Intermodal operations.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage operations, capacity management, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and drive efficiencies across teams.
  • Experience managing a P&L and achieving revenue targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tracking solutions.
  • Knowledge of current logistics technology trends.
  • Previous experience in a remote leadership role.
