About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Travel Agent to join our team at Cherielix-Travel. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their dream vacations, providing exceptional service and personalized travel experiences. As a Remote Travel Agent, you will work independently, utilizing your communication skills to negotiate with various travel providers and create memorable trips for your clients.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute vacations, including cruises, hotels, and tours, tailored to clients' preferences.
  • Book vacations based on clients' selected proposals, ensuring all details are accurate and meet their expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other travel agents and providers.
  • Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and special offers to make informed recommendations.
  • Utilize your smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access to manage bookings and client communications.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently.
  • Engage with clients through effective communication, ensuring their travel experiences are enjoyable and stress-free.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate effectively with clients and travel providers.
  • Time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • No prior travel experience is required, but it is a plus.
