About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and manage high-quality documentation for our AI infrastructure and database solutions. As a Remote Technical Writer, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers to produce user guides, API documentation, and other technical content that enhances user experience and supports customer success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for our products, focusing on AI infrastructure and database technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Create user guides, API documentation, and online help resources that improve the user experience.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility.
• Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure documentation is relevant and comprehensive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the B2B tech or AI infrastructure space.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with documentation tools and content management systems, such as Drupal.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Kubernetes.
