What You'll Do
- Strategically manage key accounts and OEM customers to meet assigned revenue objectives.
- Cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend tailored products and solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Foster cross-selling opportunities within the OneMaxcess product line.
- Gather and provide competitive information regarding pricing and production locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in die cutting, converting, or flexographic printing.
- Strong knowledge of flexographic printing techniques and product design for manufacturability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct sales calls effectively.
