As a Remote Talent Sourcer, you will proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using modern sourcing tools and recruitment strategies. What You'll Do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening of potential candidates.
• Partner with recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives.
• Track sourcing activity and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.

Requirements

• Previous sourcing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong research and outreach skills to identify top talent.
• Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate management.
• Excellent written communication skills to engage with candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
