What You'll Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening of potential candidates.
- Partner with recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives.
- Track sourcing activity and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
Requirements
- Previous sourcing or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong research and outreach skills to identify top talent.
- Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate management.
- Excellent written communication skills to engage with candidates.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
