About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Support BCBA to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. In this role, you will provide crucial support in behavior analysis and telehealth services, ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible. As a Remote Support BCBA, you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to implement effective treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to staff. What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in a remote setting.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other support staff.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with ABA therapy standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in telehealth.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest research in behavior analysis.
  • Assist in financial reporting and budgeting as needed.
  • Provide support for marketing and communications efforts to promote our services.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in behavior analysis and telehealth services.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience with clinical evaluation and autism assessment tools such as ADOS-2 and ADIR.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in graphic design or marketing communications.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and GAAP standards.
  • Additional certifications related to autism assessment or intervention.
