About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Supply Chain Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our talent acquisition strategy within the supply chain sector. As a Remote Supply Chain Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our operations and logistics teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
