- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
