About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Project Manager to lead the transformation of credit card terms and conditions. What You'll Do

  • Support the adoption of AI technologies within the project scope.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in financial services or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of credit card products and associated regulations.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Pandas.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
  • Experience in curriculum development and online course design is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with FastAPI and AWS.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and change management.
