As a Remote Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you will act as a strategic consultant, providing insights and support to our partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the partner experience and address any challenges.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with partners to align on goals and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or partnerships, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on workplace culture.
