About the Role

We're looking for a Remote State Engagement Manager to join our innovative team at Radiant. As a leader in portable nuclear technology, you will play a crucial role in engaging with state governments and stakeholders to promote our groundbreaking microreactor solutions. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement engagement strategies with state officials and stakeholders to promote our portable nuclear microreactors.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of our technology.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to align state engagement efforts with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze state policies and regulations related to nuclear energy and provide insights to the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Public Policy, Environmental Science).
• 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of energy policies and regulations, particularly in the nuclear sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
