What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our Bitcoin financial services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and Bitcoin is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
