What You'll Do

  • Own our new customer and post-purchase funnels, establishing a rolling 3-month roadmap to enhance customer volume and revenue.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives with the Product & Engineering teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Streamline checkout flows by reducing cognitive load and ensuring seamless payment options for customers.
  • Act as a thought leader in checkout and payment acceptance, driving strategies that enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to implement strategies that boost conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.
  • Proven track record of driving product initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
