Remote Solution Consultant - SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team at RainFocus. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage our innovative SaaS platform. As a Remote Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and ensuring the effective implementation of our software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
• Provide expert guidance on the configuration and implementation of our SaaS solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Engage in pre-sales activities to demonstrate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
• Utilize your knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Java to enhance client solutions.
• Analyze client data and provide insights through business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Mentor and train peers to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a solution consulting or client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and Java is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services or ERP solutions industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Project Online.
• Knowledge of AI solutions and their application in business.
