About the Role

As a key member of our Engineering department, you will collaborate with internal resources and external clients to design and implement cutting-edge security systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed CAD drawing packages for various security systems, ensuring adherence to customer design standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and Project Management teams to support physical security system design.
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate and constructible designs for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and more.
• Interface with customers, end-users, and architects to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Coordinate technical inputs and documentation to drive project proposals and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CAD design, preferably in security systems or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and their components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional CAD software or tools.
• Knowledge of security industry standards and regulations.
• Previous experience working with government contracts.
