Remote Senior Workforce Management Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Senior Workforce Management Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cohere Health. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing the utilization and benefits of our Workforce Management (WFM) platform. Your expertise will help optimize our service delivery and operational performance, aligning staffing levels and resource allocation with our long-term strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for the enterprise Workforce Management platform, preferably with NICE IEX experience.
- Provide administrative support for the Workforce Management platform by managing user accounts and access rights.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Operations leadership team to lead weekly short-term forecast meetings.
- Utilize Enhanced Strategic Planner to support team members in achieving monthly long-term planning success.
- Create daily staffing and scheduling plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct ROI and amortization modeling to link operational performance with financial outcomes.
- Drive measurable process improvements within Service and Clinical Operations teams.
- Independently scope out initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of contact center metrics and clinical operations.
- Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with Workforce Management platforms, particularly NICE IEX.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus.

- Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools.
- Experience in driving process improvements in operational settings.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
