What You'll Do

  • Own the UX design for key experiences across our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to elevate user experience and brand engagement.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our educational mission and brand identity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our digital offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in designing for educational platforms or applications.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
