About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Program Manager to lead workforce planning at Fluxon. In this role, you will ensure we have the right people in the right places at the right time, driving operational efficiencies across our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all staffing and allocation processes for all roles at Fluxon.
  • Lead regular workforce planning cycles, including headcount forecasting, budget alignment, scenario modeling, and more.
  • Build and maintain scalable workforce models and processes that inform staffing timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by organizing and leading cross-functional teams in a highly ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce planning or operational roles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
