Remote Senior Manager of Advertising Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Manager of Advertising Analytics to join our dynamic team at Spreetail. In this role, you will lead the advertising analytics strategy, optimizing performance and efficiency across various channels. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, allowing you to choose the environment that suits you best while still fostering collaboration through quarterly in-person meetings.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of advanced analytics models and tools to enhance advertising performance across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand, FP&A, Product, and Growth to implement data-driven strategies.
• Drive automation in analytics processes, enabling self-service insights and reducing manual reporting efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, forecast accuracy, and budget management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics with a focus on advertising analytics.
• 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing complex models.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex analyses into actionable insights.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or retail media.
• Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Knowledge of emerging advertising technologies and methodologies.
