What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs effectively.

• Champion design thinking within the organization, advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus.
