This position is crucial for our growth, focusing on navigating the complexities of regulated eCommerce. As our Senior eCommerce Manager, you will manage partnerships with platforms like GoPuff and DoorDash, ensuring compliance with state regulations while expanding our market reach.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to maintain consumer access in markets with DTC shipping restrictions.
• Identify and implement legal workarounds through third-party eCommerce retailers.
• Lead the California market strategy and scale the playbook nationally.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading eCommerce platforms.
• Negotiate terms and promotions to expand availability and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align eCommerce strategies with market execution.
• Stay ahead of evolving D9 THC regulations and competitive trends.
• Test and iterate on new eCommerce models and partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
• Experience in regulated categories such as alcohol, tobacco, or nicotine.
• Hands-on experience with ownership of third-party eCommerce platforms.
• Strong pricing and commercial decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing pricing and performance reporting.

• Understanding of beverage distribution models and wholesaler networks.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Comfort presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with analytics tools or data sources.

• Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 per year.
