About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team at Bugcrowd. This role is crucial in designing, building, and operating scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. As a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer, you will partner closely with engineering teams to enhance delivery velocity, system resilience, and operational excellence for our cloud-native security platform.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting microservices-based architectures.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters and supporting platform services.
  • Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational toil.
  • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
