About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Amazon Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at GNO Partners. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Amazon FBA to help our clients scale their brands profitably. As a fully remote Amazon consulting agency, we pride ourselves on our high-performance culture, emphasizing hard work, speed, and trust.

What You'll Do

  • Lead weekly strategy calls with clients, ensuring project progress and alignment with brand growth goals.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Amazon challenges, guiding clients through key projects with precision.
  • Track progress and provide clear next steps, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
  • Offer daily support via Slack and Email, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Continuously improve our consulting systems to enhance client outcomes.
  • Attend weekly training and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon FBA, managing brands with a minimum of $10M in annual revenue.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon PPC, managing ad budgets of at least $50K per month.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, COGs, fees, inventory, and profitability optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex catalog issues effectively.
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with a positive, proactive, and client-focused personality.

  • Experience in a consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with advanced Amazon tools and analytics.
  • Strong networking skills within the Amazon seller community.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with a total OTE of $220,000-$300,000 annually.
  • Base salary of $120,000 with performance-based earnings that can realistically add an extra $180,000 per year.
