Remote Salesforce Administrator - Join a Leading Research Organization

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator to join GiveWell, a leading research organization dedicated to identifying and funding cost-effective giving opportunities in global health and well-being. As a Remote Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal users, enhancing user experience, and ensuring data quality across our Salesforce instance.

What You'll Do

• Own the support, maintenance, and roadmap of core products leveraging Salesforce NPSP.
• Provide front-line support for our custom Salesforce app, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
• Assist in the management of our Outreach CRM and Gift/Donation Processing System.
• Support grants administration and service console/case management.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce NPSP and its functionalities.
• Proven ability to manage user support requests effectively.
• Experience in data management and improving data quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
• Experience with grants management systems.
• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and fundraising processes.
