About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at TASK, a recruitment bureau specializing in connecting top IT specialists with innovative companies. As a Remote Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base in the IT and HR sectors.

What You'll Do

• Identify and sign new clients, either independently or through leads provided by BDR.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct online meetings to understand client needs and present TASK's services.
• Close deals and ensure smooth transitions to the operational team.
• Assist in refining proposals, addressing objections, and negotiating terms.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage sales pipelines effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT or HR sales, with a strong understanding of B2B services.
• Experience working with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and HR Directors.
• Basic knowledge of technology stacks and roles within IT teams.
• Ability to independently drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
