- Assist in refining proposals, addressing objections, and negotiating terms.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT or HR sales, with a strong understanding of B2B services.
- Experience working with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and HR Directors.
- Basic knowledge of technology stacks and roles within IT teams.
- Ability to independently drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
